I was lucky enough to have Nino cut my hair and it is without a doubt the best hair style I've had. He spent so much time talking me through why he wanted to change things just enough to change my look - I'm SO glad. It was what we all hope for when we go to the salon. This place is the real thing.

First of all, I went in wanting to go back to my naturally dirty blonde shade. I thought it would be affordable because I had a coupon for a free cut w/color. I left having paid $135 plus my hair was darker than when I came in. I called later in the week after many people had told me to call and say I wasn't happy. I did so and they told me to come back in. I did and he said he could only give me a few more highlights to brighten it up. Then he argued about what I had asked for, only saying that I said I wanted to look "natural" forget the blonde bit. Then he told me he'd give me a free haircut! Hello, I just had one. Why can't he freely fix the color which is why I was coming back in. Then he proceeded to try to sell me more products and convince me that I must be using products that aren't good for my hair, before I even told him what I did use. I will never go back here!
